Supporters claim reform bill will save $100 million in first year.  Montana’s workers compensation rates are the highest in the nation which led to urgent reform efforts that culminated on March 28^th when the Montana Senate passed HB 334 by a 45 to 5 vote.  The bill was signed into law April 12th by Governor Brian Schweitzer.
