Supporters claim reform bill will save $100 million in first year. Montana’s workers compensation rates are the highest in the nation which led to urgent reform efforts that culminated on March 28th when the Montana Senate passed HB 334 by a 45 to 5 vote. The bill was signed into law April 12th by Governor Brian Schweitzer.
