Just today I was sitting in a coffee shop when a jacked-up and tricked out black Toyota pickup pulls up with the engine roaring and the music thumping. Out jump three young men to buy energy drinks and smokes. They pile back in and roar away up a 25 mph side street at 40. Think they might be aggressive drivers – duh?
So, we knew it - but now it’s official. The study came to other conclusions you might find not so obvious. For details read more.
