The Supreme Court will decide if millions of Americans will lose their premium subsidies if they signed up under the Federal Exchange HealthCare.gov.
Fortunately, Idaho and Washington residents will not be effected by this decision because they have state based health exchanges.
The issue to be decided is whether the Affordable Care Act intended to only provided for subsidies under state sponsored Health Exchanges (which is found in the legislation wording) or whether subsidies can also be provided under the Federal Health Exchange.
